New Illinois Accessibility Code
The new Illinois Accessibility Code (71 Ill. Adm. Code 400) was accepted at the October 16, 2018 Joint Committee on Administrative Rules. The new Illinois Accessibility Code is effective October 23, 2018 and can be viewed and/or printed at https://www2.illinois.gov/cdb/announcements/2018/Documents/Register%20Page.pdf. A reformatted and more user friendly version of the Code will be published on our website in the near future. We will send a notification when it is ready.
