Illinois Capital Development Board announces openings on the Illinois Energy Conservation Advisory Council
Notification of Vacancies for the Illinois Energy Conservation Advisory Council
In response to requirements in the Energy Transition Act, the Capital Development Board (CDB) is filling five new positions on the Illinois Energy Conservation Advisory Council.
There are five open positions that represent the following areas of our industry:
• a representative from a group that represents environmental justice
• a representative of a nonprofit or professional association advocating for the environment
• an energy-efficiency advocate with technical expertise in single-family residential buildings
• an energy-efficiency advocate with technical expertise in commercial buildings
• an energy-efficiency advocate with technical expertise in multifamily buildings, such as an affordable housing developer
Candidate recommendations must come from organizations that represent the specific fields that the individual will represent. The recommendations cannot come from individuals. Follow the links for more information about how to submit a recommendation.
All candidates will be evaluated and a final decision will be made by the CDB Executive Director.
Submittals are due on or before December 31, 2021.
