2024 Base Code Proposals
The public proposal period for the 2024 Illinois Energy Conservation Code (Base Code) has ended.
Anyone wishing to submit a letter of support or opposition to a code proposal may send a letter via email to cdb.energycodes@illinois.gov no later than 1/31/25. Letters will not be published on this website, but will be reviewed by the ILECAC during the proposal review period. Support/opposition letters must include the proposal number which can be found in the upper right portion of the proposal form.
