Continuing Disclosure for Contractors and Subcontractors with Multi-Year Contracts
The Illinois Procurement Code requires that every vendor that has entered into a multi-year contract in excess of $50,000 and every subcontractor with a multi-year subcontractor in excess of $50,000 shall certify by July 1 of each fiscal year covered by the contract after the initial fiscal year whether it continues to satisfy the requirements of Article 50 pertaining to eligibility for a contract award (30 ILCS 500/50-2).
The Illinois Procurement Code requires all vendors, subcontractors and sub- consultants with multi-year contracts who are not already registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) with an approved registration as of April 1 to complete the Continuing Disclosure form.
Persons or businesses that only provide goods or supplies that are incidental to the performance of the prime contract are not considered subcontractors for the purposes of the Illinois Procurement Code and are not required to complete the Continuing Disclosure form.

Vendors and subcontractors who fail to return the Continuing Disclosure form by July 1 are subject to having their contracts cancelled.
