Notice to All Vendors and Subcontractors with Multi-Year Contracts

Announcement – Sunday, January 3, 2016
The Illinois Procurement Code requires that every vendor that has entered into a multi-year contract in excess of $50,000 and every subcontractor with a multi-year subcontract in excess of $50,000 shall certify by July 1 of each fiscal year whether it continues to satisfy the requirements of Article 50 pertaining to eligibility for a contract award (30 ILCS 500/50-2). 
The Illinois Procurement Code requires all vendors,  subcontractors and subconsultants with multi-year contracts who are not registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) to complete the Continuing Disclosure form.  Vendors, subcontractors and subconsultants that are registered in the IPG do not have to fill out this form, as they meet the recertification requirement by maintaining an active and valid IPG registration.

Vendors and subcontractors who fail to return the Continuing Disclosure form by July 1 are subject to having their contracts cancelled.
