Design-Build and Progressive Design-Build Projects
Capital Development Board (CDB) forms and manuals related to Design-Build (DB) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) have been added to the Reference Library. These resources include the Standard Documents for Design‑Build Projects (SD‑DB) and Progressive Design Build (SD-PDB), which serve as the boilerplate for CDB DB/PDB projects, along with forms related to both traditional DB and PDB request‑for‑proposal processes, as well as documents needed for administering design and construction phases.
